CrossFit Group Classes

We recommend that those interested in CrossFit participate in three One on One sessions so that we may instruct and evaluate all movements necessary to perform the CrossFit regimen. Once the initial three sessions are complete you can decide if you'd like to join for the monthly classes or continue on with One on One training at the normal rate.
CrossFit One-on-One Coaching
One-on-One attention from a Coach focusing exclusively on your fitness goals. Personal training sessions will be approximately one hour in length and will include a warm up, workout and a cool down.
